Session Description: Managing and engaging employees outside of an office environment can be challenging. This program will provide the guidance, strategies, and tips needed to help business leaders keep employees motivated, engaged, and productive when working remotely: *Structure & Expectations – Guidance on setting expectations for employeeavailability, output, etc., as employees manage working from home.

• Engagement & Connectivity – Strategies and tactics to keep employee engagement and connectivity at high levels.
• Work-Life Balance – Tips for helping workers balance work and homelife responsibilities.
• Home Office Setup – Home office setup and ergonomic tips and best practices.
• Maintaining Company Culture – Strategies to maintain company culture with teams operating outside of an office environment.
