Philanthropy in 2026: Opportunities, Challenges, and the Strategic Role of Planned Giving
As we enter 2026, philanthropy faces a rapidly evolving landscape shaped by economic uncertainty, shifting donor expectations, and technological disruption. This session will explore the key trends influencing charitable giving, including the historic wealth transfer, the rise of purpose-driven donors, and new tax incentives that encourage strategic generosity. We will also address pressing challenges such as donor fatigue, leadership turnover, and declining government support and discuss how planned giving can serve as a cornerstone for financial stability and long-term impact.
