Panel Discussion: Fundraiser Metrics: Reflections From The Field

Development leaders across organizations understand the importance of measuring the success of their overall program, as well as the success of individual gift officers. These leaders implement systems to track the performance of fundraisers and others who support this work. Defining these metrics in advance so that the team understands what is expected will give them the best chance of success.

Do the metrics look different for major gift officers versus planned giving officers? What is the impact of measuring individual fundraiser progress? What do these systems look like at various organizations? We’ll answer these questions and more during this Nuts & Bolts session.
