The Manager, Donor Relations & Individual Giving, in alignment with Shirley Ryan AbilityLab’s Vision and the strategic goals of the Advancement Office, is responsible for the organization of the Advancement Office process for recognizing and retaining donors, and assisting in the cultivation of new donor prospects. The Manager, Donor Relations & Individual Giving will also assist in activities related to attracting donors to participate in the annual appeal and events. The Manager, Donor Relations & Individual giving will be a key partner to the Marketing team for communications, digital presence, and development of donor‐centric collateral.
The Manager, Donor Relations & Individual Giving will consistently demonstrate support of the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab statement of Vision, Mission and Core Values by striving for excellence, contributing to the team efforts and showing respect and compassion for patients and their families, fellow employees, and all others with whom there is contact at or in the interest of the institute.
