Chicago Council on Planned Giving (CCPG) membership consists of professionals from a variety of fields who share a common interest in charitable planning. In addition to gift planning and major gift officers, estate planning officers, financial planners, wealth managers, trust officers and other allied professionals belong to CCPG. To promote partnership and continuing education, CCPG has initiated Host a Member Program, a program in which a CCPG member (“Guest”) has the opportunity to learn more about another profession by connecting with another CCPG member (“Host”). The Program is coordinated by the Outreach Committee of CCPG.
If you would like to participate in this program, please login and complete the Host A Member program application.
CCPG’s role will be limited to facilitating members’ initial connections. Persons interested in participating should fill out a registration form online. The Outreach Committee will maintain a list of persons who have registered for this program. Upon request, the Outreach Committee will supply up to three names of people in the chosen field for the registrant to contact. Registered members may decline to participate. Members who no longer wish to participate are expected to notify an Outreach Committee Co-Chair.
CCPG does not accept responsibility for any advice or counsel that the paired members might give another. The Host/Guest pairing is not intended to be an ongoing mentoring relationship. Hosts provide information as an educational service only; their guidance should not be misconstrued for legal counsel or tax advice.
