Kathy Kielar, Cathy O'Malley and Kevin Longstreth will discuss ways to address challenges in the long-term stewardship of legacy society members, recognizing matured estate gifts and how to conduct stewardship when budgets are tight. Hear what has worked for them, what hasn't and what they hope they try.
Kathy Kielar, Vice President of Development, WTTW|WFMT
Kathy Kielar is the Vice President of Development at WTTW and WFMT. She has more than 20 years of experience in planned and major giving. Kathy leads WTTW and WFMT’s major gift annual fund, WFMT pledge drive, and gift planning team. Kathy is active in CCPG and CGP where she has held leadership roles. She is currently a mentor in the NACGP mentorship program, and is the Chair of their Legacy Circle Committee, as well as a member of the Planned Giving Initiative Advisory Council.
Cathy O'Malley, Senior Associate Director of Marketing and Stewardship, Gift Planning, Northwestern University
Cathy O’Malley is the Senior Associate Director of Marketing and Stewardship for the Gift Planning team at Northwestern University. In this role, she manages Northwestern’s planned giving marketing program, events, legacy society activities, and donor stewardship. Cathy has worked at Northwestern since 2017 and has more than 20 years of experience in marketing, communications, event planning, and development.
Kevin Longstreth, Senior Planned Giving Officer, Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago
Kevin Longstreth is the Senior Planned Giving Officer at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago Foundation, collaborating with colleagues across the organization to help donors create and carry out legacies of hope and healing. He draws on prior experience in major gifts fundraising, in addition to sales and hospitality management. He has been an active member of CCPG for the past three years and is the co-chair of the CCPG program committee.

Cancellations must be in writing and may be submitted to cteed@ccpgonline.org. Additionally, payment is expected from no-shows.
